Rangeeza strives to deliver high-quality products. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a replacement.

REPLACEMENT WINDOW
Customers must submit replacement requests within 4 days from the date of delivery.

ELIGIBLE REASONS
Replacement requests are accepted if:
• The product received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product contains a manufacturing defect

RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Have original packaging intact
• Include tags and accessories
• Be returned in the same condition as delivered

VERIFICATION
Rangeeza reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving replacements.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS
1 Contact customer support within 4 days of delivery.
2 Provide order number and clear images of the issue.
3 Our support team will review the request.
4 If approved, pickup and replacement will be arranged.

NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS
